Participants receive a booking link with their invitation and can then select and book the flight that best suits their needs within the specified parameters. This eliminates much of the back-and-forth coordination and significantly reduces the administrative workload.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe know from our day-to-day work how much time it can take to coordinate flights for event participants.
