YOUR TASKS:

• Preparation of offers for charter flights and coordination of booked flights
• Flight observation/monitoring of flight departures
• Interface between customers and airline
• Acquiring new customers and maintaining customer relationships to secure follow-up orders
• Market observation
• Establishing a broad and effective network of contacts
• Making clear, logical and efficient decisions

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed vocational training and/or a degree, ideally in tourism/aviation, diploma in aviation or at least 3-4 years of experience in the aviation industry
• High level of commitment, initiative and sales orientation with strong business acumen
• Confident and friendly demeanour towards customers and business partners
• Independence and contribution of own ideas & solutions
• Open to learning new things at any time
• You love working in a team and, like your colleagues, are enthusiastic about your job
• Confident knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and flight-specific tools
• Excellent knowledge of English and Chinese, other languages in the Asian region
