Flying from one company location to the next: This can now be done even faster when travel managers book private jets and charter planes chartered by PAS via the joint company shuttle solution with Hahn Air. The company provides its distribution and ticketing solutions to many travel agencies and travel management companies.
Hahn Air’s “HR Shuttle Manager” provides simplified management for companies that operate their own company flights between company locations. The product now also includes charter flights from PAS. The two companies are thus bringing together a complete solution for company shuttles to the market.
Travel managers can book and manage the shuttle flights via the GDS (Global Distribution) system. Under the ticket code “HR”, the PAS charter flights appear in the GDS and can be issued as Hahn Air HR-169 tickets. The existing reservation and ticketing processes apply to all flights.
In addition, travel managers have access to online check-in and waiting lists. Detailed sales and billing reports are also available at the end of the month.
